Reports
If you are a member of NUM and have experienced an incident of crime or harm, you can log in and report it to us via our online form here. The form asks for details of the incident including what happened, where and when, as well as a description of the person who hurt you or ‘ugly mug’. This will be sent to our casework team who will follow up with you.
We will process the reports and, with your consent, develop them into alerts to warn others in the community. NUM can share information anonymously with police if you choose to consent to this, and we will support you to make a formal police report if that is something you want to pursue. The choice is completely up to you.
